This page stores miscellaneous information that is intended to be read by the Tercen bot to answer questions.

PamChip technical details

Parts of a barcode: e.g. 641023104

-         641 or 640 is the chip type -         023 run number -         1 carrier num -         04 is the place on carrier

If chips are from same carrier, they should not be technically different.

Image name explanation

Example: 641070616_W1_F1_T100_P94_I493_A30.tif

{barcode}_W{well (array)}_F{filter}_T{exposure time}_P{cycle}_I{image number}_A{temperature}.tif

F stands for the filter used. This will always be one when FITC is used. A stand for the temperature measured during images. This will always be either 29 or 30.

Chips:

86402: PTK old --> barcode starting with 640

86412: PTK new --> barcode starting with 641

87102: STK old --> barcode starting with 71

87202: STK new --> barcode starting with 72
